Wyndham Rewards, the guest loyalty programme of hotel giant Wyndham Hotel Group has announced it has surpassed 50 million members worldwide, marking a major achievement for the programme.
The milestone member—enrolled earlier this week at the newly opened Wyndham Grand Xiamen in China —highlights the success of the broader efforts by Wyndham.
Wyndham Hotel Group’s EMEA portfolio is enjoying its strongest position ever with more than 430 hotels within the region and plans for further expansion. Globally, the company offers more than 8,000 hotels across 77 countries under 18 brands.
“Wyndham continues to grow in EMEA at an incredible rate, a testament to our wide-reaching portfolio and the increasing influence of our leading loyalty programme,” said Dan Ruff, President and Managing Director EMEA at Wyndham Hotel Group. “Wyndham Rewards members can earn and redeem points in more exciting locations than ever before. Our portfolio is stronger than ever, giving our members the chance to earn and redeem points for aspirational experiences in destinations such as London, Berlin, Dubai, Barcelona, Athens and many more.”
EMEA has proven crucial to the growth of the Wyndham Rewards programme with increased membership across the board and key locations acting as recognised drivers. These include Ramada Abu Dhabi Downtown, Days Inn Kassel Hessenland, Days Inn Kendal Killington Lake and Ramada Katunayake– all of which rank among the top performing hotels for enrolments.
