A second Wyndham Hotels and Resorts flag has risen in Bali with the opening of Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali. The upscale resort is located near Dreamland Beach, one of Bali’s many hidden coves.
The 177-room Wyndham Dreamland Bali, owned by PT. Accolades Lakshmi Resort, marks Wyndham Hotel Group’s sixth location on the island, joining Ramada Bali Sunset Road Kuta, Wyndham Tamansari Jivva Resort Bali, Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali, Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Ramada Encore Bali Seminyak.
President and managing director of Wyndham Hotel Group South East Asia and Pacific Rim, Barry Robinson (below) said, “The opening of our sixth hotel in Bali underscores Wyndham’s commitment to growing our footprint in sought-after locations. We are confident that Wyndham Dreamland Bali’s strategic locale on this pristine coastline will become a firm favourite among our guests.”
Resort Manager Jennifer Suryadi said, “We are thrilled to welcome guests to Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali, where guests can expect the tranquillity of a resort sanctuary, along with the world-class comforts and amenities that are synonymous with the Wyndham brand.”
Dream location for Wyndham
Found within an exclusive collection of beach clubs, an award-winning golf course and the famous Dreamland Beach, Wyndham Dreamland Bali is the perfect launch pad to experience the wonders of the Island of the Gods.
The resort is a minute’s walk to the tranquil Dreamland Beach, a coastline with unspoiled white sands, and home to bustling beach clubs and local cafes. Opposite the resort, the award-winning New Kuta Golf Course offers golfers an 18-hole links-styled fairway terrain overlooking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.
Bingin Beach and Padang Padang surf breaks are approximately 10 minutes away, making the resort an ideal destination for surf trips. The legendary Uluwatu temple (below) is a 15-minute drive away for those seeking cultural adventures and stunning sunsets.
Revel in luxurious facilities
Guests can indulge the palate with a feast of gourmet offerings at the resort’s three food and beverage outlets. Rayunan Restaurant offers a sumptuous buffet spread for breakfast and is also open for dinner with a varied selection of international dishes. The restaurant also specialises in Nusantara Cuisine, with signature dishes like Sop Buntut (oxtail soup), an aromatic broth stewed for hours with freshly picked local spices and pan-fried oxtail.
Wyndham Dreamland Bali offers two outdoor swimming pools, each overlooking the tranquil gardens, as well as a dipping pool for children. The resort will also welcome Tirta Spa, a complex with a total of six single and couple treatment rooms, plus a yoga deck. In Sanskrit, the word Tirta means Holy Water and represents cleansing and rejuvenation. Through this philosophy, treatments at Tirta Spa are designed to help guests achieve balance and holistic well-being with traditional Balinese techniques that pamper and refresh the body, mind and soul.
MICE
The resort is well-equipped for seminars, meetings or social events with four venues available. The largest function room, which is flanked by floor to ceiling windows, can accommodate up to 300 people for a seminar or 250 for a banquet. Three small meeting rooms are perfect for boardroom discussions or break-out sessions.
Opening rates:
To celebrate its opening, Wyndham Dreamland Bali’s opening rate will start from IDR 888,000 nett (US$66.77) per night for a Deluxe Room, including breakfast for two.
