If you’ve got passion and commitment to the hospitality industry, you could be part of the fastest-growing hospitality group in the Middle East.
Dubai-based Emaar Hospitality Group has just announced a global initiative to search for the World’s Greatest Hospitality Talent. It’s a talent scouting competition that aims to find and nurture the most talented individual for a senior position through a three-year all-expenses-paid programme.
Olivier Harnisch, CEO of Emaar Hospitality Group, said: “With the guest profile changing and a new generation of travellers and entrepreneurs demanding new hospitality experiences, it is important to have youthful thinking and young leaders, who can lead the industry to the next era.”
For those looking for a big boost in their career in hospitality – you don’t want to miss this!

Are you up for the challenge?
If you think you can handle this opportunity then you can apply online by submitting a personal video at www.theworldsgreatesthospitalitytalent.com. You’ve got until the end of May 2018 to prove you’re the one they’re looking for.
Eight deserving candidates will be hand-picked and invited to Dubai in July for a one-week casting that will combine traditional and innovative selection techniques. They will go through a casting centre and will be evaluated for their personality, creativity, innovative approaches, and most of all, their genuine passion for the industry.
Only one will emerge as the winner and be hailed as the World’s Greatest Hospitality Talent!
“This unique initiative aims to open doors to learn about the industry from the experts and build a rewarding career in a managerial role. At Emaar Hospitality Group, we embrace diversity and encourage talents from any background to apply,” added Harnisch.
The World’s Greatest Hospitality Talent must be below 26 years old and hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline. He or she will be stationed in Dubai and take part in a comprehensive development programme that will start in September 2018.
In addition, the winner will receive remuneration as per industry standards including housing, transport allowance, and other perks.
In the role of Interim General Manager, the winner will work across diverse aspects by shadowing the CEO and senior managers and will pursue a fully-funded executive MBA programme in Dubai.
