To celebrate the Rugby World Cup pool draw on the 10 May, Wendy Wu Tours is offering a discount on its A Week in Japan trip.
The pool draw for the 2019 Rugby World Cup takes place in Kyoto this week and Asia touring specialist Wendy Wu Tours has a range of trips and tailormade options available to those interested in visiting ahead of or during the tournament.
This will be the first time the tournament has been hosted in Asia.
The operator has seen huge demand for Japan this year, achieving a 144% year-on-year increase in passengers to Japan so far in 2017:
Jonathan Wilson, global product director, Wendy Wu Tours, said: “We believe interest in Japan is going to explode in the build up to the Rugby World Cup 2019.”
Earlier this year, the operator released the new A Week in Japan trip, which explores Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Mount Fuji.
To mark the Rugby World Cup draw, Wendy Wu Tours is offering a £300pp discount on the trip (departing on 24 September 2017).
The 8-day trip is now available from GBP3,190pp including international flights, all meals, accommodation, touring with expert guides and entrance fees.
The event will take place in 12 venues in Japan hosting matches, including stadiums in Tokyo, Osaka and Sapporo.
The Asia touring specialist has nine tours to Japan in total ranging from four to 13 days in length, while tailormade touring is also available for fans who would like to combine matches with sightseeing in Japan.
Another highlight of its Japan portfolio is the 13-day Trails of Japan from GBP4,890pp, where guests can explore the quirky side of Japan, including the sub-culture of Harajuku in Tokyo, visiting the exhilarating Robot restaurant, watching a Sumo wrestling match and meeting the snow monkeys.
