Following Wendy Wu’s last appearance in the annals of Travel Daily — where we reported how it had made entering China much simpler — the company has released news of another boon for Asian travellers.
This time the Asian travel experts are giving away business class upgrades, from £99 per person with Air China on its Japan tours ‘Autumn Colours’ in 2018 and ‘Spring Cherry Blossom’ tours in 2019 – when booked between now and the 27 May 2018.
Enthusing about the upgrades, Wendy Wu global sales director, John Warr said: “A trip taking-in, either the spring cherry blossom or the autumn colours are undoubtedly two of the best times to visit Japan. Given this, it’s hardly surprising that every departure during these two key seasons sells out at a record rate. We want to let agents know that not only have we increased our number of departures for both seasons but we’re also able to offer this incredible business upgrade until the end of the month.”
The offer is also available on the Wendy Wu ‘Premier Japan Touring’ collection which includes: Week in Japan – eight-night journey passing through Mount Fuji and Tokyo and topped off with a cruise on Lake Ashi cruise, available for £3,290 per person. And Discover Japan, a two-week itinerary taking in the Japanese Alps, Matsumoto Castle, Kyoto and Mount Fuji.
Upgrades are available on both outbound and return journeys from £799 per person. Availability for the special offer is limited, so best book as soon as possible!
Wendy Wu is also currently running a similar offer for free business class upgrades with Tianjin Airlines on many of their tours into China. Robert Chen, Tianjin Airlines general manager UK said: “Our partnership with Wendy Wu is very important, given the exceptional reputation of the operator and the high volume of passengers booking China holidays with them. This is a very important year for tourism between the UK and China and we are very excited to be working together to bring visitors to Xi’an.”
Founded in 1998, with offices in London, Sydney, New York, Auckland, Shanghai and Xian, Wendy Wu operates a full range of guided tours which also come with international flights, accommodation, transportation, expert local guides, entrance fees, meals and visa fees included.
