Virgin Voyages, Richard Branson’s cruise line, is introducing 21 new ports starting in 2025 across Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady and Resilient Lady. Spanning all corners of the globe, the new port offerings feature highlights that include Reykjavik (Iceland), Naples (Italy), Dublin (Ireland), Istanbul (Turkey), Porto (Portugal), George Town (Grand Cayman) and Muscat (Oman), to name a few.
Named the No. 1 large cruise line by Condé Nast Traveller, as voted by readers, Virgin Voyages is loved for its incredible value, exclusively adult experiences, Michelin chef-curated menus, impeccable service and focus on relaxation and wellbeing. A brand celebrated for its fresh approach to sailing, Virgin Voyages is giving guests what they’ve been craving with a broader selection of ports and new itineraries across the fleet.
“Our loyal Sailors have asked for more choices – so we’ve listened. While 2025 may feel like an ocean away, we’re excited to announce almost two dozen fresh itineraries to some incredible destinations like Istanbul, Grand Cayman and Palermo. It’s never too early to start planning a voyage, and our new itineraries and ports will allow travellers to explore the dramatic landscapes, rich histories and diverse cuisines of each locale,” said Shane Riley, Vice President of UK / International Sales.
With this new announcement, Virgin Voyages’ fleet will offer dozens of itinerary options to more than 100 of the world’s most inspiring, bucket-list destinations:
- Scarlet Ladywill sail around Europe, offering an incredible combination of six- to 15-night voyages. After travelling around southern Spain, Morocco, Florence, Rome and Mallorca, she’ll return to the brand’s original home in Portsmouth and offer a series of voyages that include Reykjavik, Norway, Bordeaux, Ireland, Scotland and Cannes.
- Valiant Ladywill continue to sail the brand’s popular four- and five-night Caribbean routes while incorporating a couple of longer options to the beautiful, white-sand islands of Grand Turk and Grand Cayman.
- Resilient Lady, currently based in Australia and New Zealand, will embark on the long-haul journey back to Athens while stopping in the iconic destinations of Bali, Singapore, Phuket, Oman, Dubai and Santorini. Once back in the home of Olympus, Resilient Lady will sail her high-in-demand, seven-night voyages while incorporating new 10- and 11-night itineraries that call on Istanbul, Mykonos, Dubrovnik and Crete.
