The iconic luxury lifestyle hotel, located on the scenic shores of Dubai Creek, is bringing back its wine pairing series, which will offer guests a classic and intimate Italian experience at their signature restaurant, Vanitas. The one-of-a-kind Vino Veritas at Vanitas dinner series will take guests on a journey through prominent Italian grape-producing regions, highlighting one region each month and allowing guests to learn about the history of the different grape houses, providing a rare insight into the production processes of some of Italy’s finest grapes.
Chef Luca Crostelli has created a special 4-course menu for the evening, with each dish carefully paired with the tasting notes of the wines served. The guests will tease their taste buds with Polenta Fritta Con Pate di Fegatini, Panzanella, Tortelli Mugellani, Peposo alla Fiorentina, and end with the signature dessert of the evening – Zuppa Inglese. Throughout the dinner, wine sommeliers will guide patrons through the journey of food and wine pairings, providing them with immersive experiences that capture the essence of Italy.
Vino Veritas at Vanitas will debut on November 11th, and will feature grape pairings from Tuscany, one of Italy’s most famous grape-growing regions.
