Vietjet to launch the second daily service to China in just two months
Vietjet continues to expand its flight network connecting Vietnam and China, with the launch of the Ho Chi Minh City – Chengdu direct service, following the Ho Chi Minh City – Shanghai route in just two months. The new service is scheduled to commence operation on the 1st day of the Lunar New Year (10 Feb), one of the biggest holidays in both countries, symbolizing the Vietjet’s warmest wishes for a prosperous and joyful year ahead. Direct connectivity between the two vibrant cities as well as the two countries of Vietnam and China strengthens transportation links and promotes trade and tourism.
The Ho Chi Minh City – Chengdu route will be inaugurated on 10 February 2024, operating one daily return flight. The flights take off from Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 8:10 pm SGT and land at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport (TFU) at 12:15 am SGT on 11 February 2024. The flights from Chengdu depart at 12:50 am SGT and arrive in Ho Chi Minh City at 04:55 am SGT.
