Global video platform Binumi has partnered with VietJet Air to create a new generation of video marketers. The collaboration between the companies comes as a way for VietJet employees to build their own mini-movies of their time at the airlines – effectively, according to the airline, becoming a “new generation of video marketers.”
“We’re turning our staff into stars”
Using a library of more than 3 million copyright-free – i.e. no licensing fees – video clips, multimedia imagery and music, VietJet’s fleet of cabin crew, ground staff and office support will be able to use of Binumi’s easy to understand editing software to bring their projects to life.
For this campaign, which will start in Thailand with subsidiary Thai VietJet, the Binumi platform will provide locked templates for videos, voiceovers, personalised selfie options, scores of stock footage clips and a VietJet Air brand toolkit.
“We’re turning our staff into stars. We work with an incredible team at Thai VietJet Air, and it is time that they were able to share their unique stories with the world”, said Thai VietJet CEO Nguyen Thi Thuy Binh. “Binumi allows us to give multiple people in the company a voice through video and everyone can’t wait to start creating and sharing their stories.”
“Enable everyone to create and share their stories”
Anthony Copping, CEO and founder of Binumi, added: “Binumi’s mission is to enable everyone to create and share their stories. Our partnership with VietJet Air is hugely exciting, both as an opportunity to work with a visionary CEO and her team but also to give flight to a new generation of video storytellers.”
Both companies are set to unveiling further announcements over the coming months, with initial stages of the integration already underway.
