Vietjet Air and Trip.com group sign MoU to improve global travellers’ experience
Vietjet Air and leading global travel service provider, Trip.com Group, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance travel convenience for travellers. This collaboration aims to utilise the combined expertise and resources of both organisations.
Under the agreement, Vietjet’s website, www.vietjetair.com, will feature a range of Trip.com Group’s offerings, including hotels, airport transfers, attractions and activities. Simultaneously, Trip.com will provide innovative technologies to Vietjet, such as the Virtual Interline solution to expand Vietjet’s global network footprint. This collaboration will allow the Trip.com Group to share valuable insights that can empower Vietjet to make informed decisions to optimise positive customer experience.
Additionally, the data integration initiative will enable customers to enjoy numerous benefits from both parties’ loyalty programmes. Members of Vietjet SkyJoy and Trip.com Rewards can accumulate reward points to exchange for gifts, flight tickets, and various other incentives from abundant third-party products and services.
With the commitment to prioritising customer satisfaction together, both Vietjet and Trip.com Group aims to create a seamless travel experience, offering a comprehensive range of travel content, products, and exciting deals.

Customers can book Vietjet flights on www.vietjetair.com, the Vietjet Air mobile app and Trip.com, to unlock a 50% discount on the ticket fares by entering the code TR24150, 20% off with the code TR24120, and 10% off with the code TR24110 (Exclusive of taxes and fees.
