VFS Global gears up for peak season rush
In order to cope with the peak travel season demand ahead for visas in the South Asia region, VFS Global, the largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, will be enhancing their capacity by 40% across centres in the region.
It operates 17 visa centres in South Asia and services 50 government clients. Sanjeet Joher, head of South Asia at VFS Global said: “We have increased our staff capacity by 40% across the region. We are operating in two shifts from 8am to 6pm now. We also have a dedicated customer experience manager in all the centres to address queries for the peak season ahead,” he said.
Beyond the regular working hours, the prime service can also be availed from 6pm to 10pm.
