TravelCircle launches MyTravelApp to benefit TA’s and customers

British based travel agent TravelCircle announced the launch of its new customer facing application MyTravelApp last week.
The new platform designed by the Lancashire firm, in partnership with software development and creative agency HardyFinch Ltd, was conceived as a way for customers to store and view all their essential holiday documents in a secure file on their smartphones, including bookings and transfer information.
MyTravelApp is also beneficial to travel agents as it streamlines efficiency by saving time resources by reducing, or completely eliminating, postage, printing and lengthy admin processes from a businesses functionality. Costs which TravelCircle believe will save “up to GBP 4 (USD 5.24) for every GBP 1 spent”.
Further more, agents will also be able to effectively roll out their latest promotions by sending notifications out to users – either as a whole, or by targeting a specific client base and increase ancillary sales without diverting desk or sales agent from their primary duties.
