Japan rail cafe is collaborating with the Tokyo Convention and Visitors Bureau (TCVB) Singapore office, in launching the Tokyo Matsuri Fair, which will be held at Japan rail cafe in Singapore from the 1-15 September 2022.
The Tokyo Matsuri Fair is held mainly to introduce Tokyo travel-related companies and organisations. As Japan is moving towards removing its travel restrictions and allowing general tourism in the future, Tokyo hopes to support its travel-related companies and introduce them to Singaporean residents.
During the event, an exhibition space at Japan rail cafe will feature items including brochures and structures from various Tokyo attractions, fitting the current theme of Tokyo travel “Old meets New”. Visitors to the cafe can collect information regarding new Tokyo attractions, as well as small gifts provided by the TCVB.
On the 3 September, a special workshop will be held with 30 participants, who will attend a presentation on the latest attractions in Tokyo, as well as a workshop learning how to paint Japanese lanterns. Guests will also take part in a lucky draw, where the winners stand to receive unique prizes exclusive to Tokyo.
