The Peninsula Bangkok’s Wellness Festival returns this September
The comprehensive wellness experience is part of The Peninsula Hotels’ Life Lived Best programme
The Peninsula Bangkok announced the return of its Wellness Festival next month, from 20 to 22 September.
Revolving around the theme Art of Urban Wellness, the festival focuses on fostering well-being through meaningful social connections across various activities. In order to do so, it features a diverse range of holistic wellness activities, classes, and workshops led by acclaimed practitioners, all aimed at enhancing guests’ physical, mental, and nutritional well-being.
The three-day celebration of health and well-being through social wellness features an array of resources to help guests pursue their fitness, mindfulness, and nutritional goals.
Building up a sound mind in a healthy body
Guests at the festival can enjoy exercise classes with renowned fitness coaches, practice guided meditation led by a leading mindfulness practitioner or participate in healthy cooking classes.
Highlighted classes and practitioners include Qigong Flow / Taichi Footwork for Balance by Thana Jindashotinun (Kru Pang); Breathwork Balance & Booty Bootcamp / Functional Fun Fitness by Hayden Rhodes; Aqua Zumba / Zumba by Marisa Abdulloh (Kru Ploy); and Tennis by Pro Danai Udomchock.
Additionally, this wellness festival at The Peninsula Bangkok, an urban luxury resort by the river, also includes invigorating fitness and mindfulness classes, such as Singing Bowl Meditation, Mindfulness Breathing, Functional Training, Handpan x Qigong, Muay Thai, Tennis, and Aqua Fit.
