The Parisian Macao’s Le Buffet restaurant has won the Best Macau Casual Dining Restaurant award at the Hong Kong Restaurant Interior Design Awards 2017 (HKRIDA), held in Hong Kong.
Part of leading Asia-Pacific fine dining and bar exhibition, Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong, the judging panel was comprised of experienced hospitality designers, senior food and beverage managers and specialist trade media, who had the hard/enviable task of selecting the final winners. The presentation ceremony took place on Sept. 6, 2017, with the award being accepted by The Parisian Macao’s Chef de Cuisine Guillaume Gully.
“We are honoured and thrilled that Le Buffet at our newest resort The Parisian Macao has been recognised for this prestigious design award,” commented Mark McWhinnie, Senior Vice President of Resort Operations and Development, Sands China Ltd. “It was a pleasure to work with The Puccini Group [San-Franciso based restaurant designers] to create a restaurant that can not only meet the exacting needs of a busy hotel but at the same time deliver an authentic French market atmosphere for our guests, diners and visitors.”
