The latest appointments, including Sabre’s Frank Trampert and Nikki Beach’s new president

FRANK TRAMPERT has been appointed as the new managing director & chief commercial officer for Sabre’s hospitality business in Asia Pacific. Trampert has extensive experience in the region, having previously worked for Wyndham and Carlson. Most recently he was CEO of Tune Hotels.
THOMAS BROSIG has been named as the new president of Nikki Beach Worldwide, the beach club brand. With over 40 years of experience, Brosig joins the group following a recent spell as president and CEO of the Margaritaville Casino & Restaurant in Biloxi, Mississippi.
C. GANGADHAR has become new assistant director at the India’s tourism office in London. Gangadhar has extensive experience in the tourism industry, having previously served India’s Ministry of Tourism in Mumbai, Delhi, Goa, Dubai, Johannesburg and Milan over a 27-year period.
ALEX KWAN KING-FAI has been appointed executive director of engineering & technology for Hong Kong’s Airport Authority. With more than 30 years of experience in large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects, Kwan has previous worked for the Hong Kong government.
NICOLETTE WIJERS has been named as the general manager of Six Senses Krabey Island – the company’s first property in Cambodia, which is due to open later this year. She has two decades of experience including a long spell in Australia, most recently at Qualia on Hamilton Island.
MICHAEL DELARGY has been announced as the new general manager at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur. With 20 years of hospitality experience, Delargy has worked with Hilton in the UK and China and Starwood in Macau, Thailand and China. Most recently he was GM of the Westin Nanjing.
APPLE WOO has been appointed as Celebrity Cruises’ new head of sales & marketing for Asia, based in Singapore. Ms Woo is an experienced hospitality industry professional who has worked with Jumeirah and Mandarin Oriental in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
FREDDIE SEE has become director of sales & marketing at Sofitel Singapore City Centre. A 22-year industry veteran, See has previously worked for IHG and Fairmont-Raffles. Most recently he served as the director of sales & marketing at Singapore’s Grand Copthorne Waterfront hotel.
