The highly anticipated Palazzo Cordusio Gran Meliá will open its doors in December 2023, in the historic heart of Milan. A landmark opening for the brand, Palazzo Cordusio will occupy the lovingly restored 19th-Centruy Palazzo Venezia, one of the city’s most iconic buildings and formerly the headquarters of Assicurazioni Generali, close to the Piazza del Duomo and Castello Sforzesco. A haven for gourmands, the hotel will house a chic patisserie, bistro, cocktail bar, and a stylish rooftop bar and terrace with spectacular Duomo views. ME Lisbon

Perfectly positioned to explore all the Portuguese capital has to offer, ME Lisbon is set to open its doors in 2024. Showcasing the brand’s signature avant-garde design with high-quality service and a variety of culinary offerings including a Radio Rooftop Bar with panoramic views of the city, and over 600m2 of meeting and event space. Located in downtown Lisbon alongside the Eduardo VII Park and Marquês de Pombal Square, the 213-room hotel will feature a striking semi-transparent glass façade, designed by Portuguese architect João Paciênia
Nobu Hotel Madrid
2024
Next year, Nobu Hotels will welcome the sixth Spanish property to its portfolio with the opening of Nobu Hotel Madrid. Nestled in the Cortes District, between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol, the hotel will offer a tri-level Nobu restaurant and bar, an expansive rooftop bar with skyline views and state-of-the-art fitness centre together with a spa. Renowned Californian architectural group, Studio PCH will oversee the design of the restaurant – which marks Nobu’s first in the Spanish capital – having designed multiple Nobu properties including the highly acclaimed Nobu Malibu and recently opened Nobu Hotel San Sebastian.

The Residence Douz, Tunisia

Serving as a gateway to the Sahara, Cenizaro Hotels and Resorts’ first desert resort, The Residence Douz, opened its doors this month. Surrounded by glistening golden sands and swaying palms, the brand’s second opening in Tunisia comprises of 50 elegant villas, two gourmet restaurants and a sprawling Spa by Clarins. With a number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites to explore, guests are encouraged to venture outside the resort by jeep, camel or quadbike and fully immerse themselves in the destination. Guest ambassadors are on hand to arrange a variety of excursions, from day trips to the village of Matmata, famed for its troglodyte houses which one clayed the home of “Luke Skywalker” in Star Wars, to a luxury camping experience in Tembaine.
COMO Metropolitan Singapore

The COMO Group is set to launch COMO Metropolitan Singapore, its newest property and the first in the brand’s home country, in Q4 2023 with a soft opening. Situated within COMO Orchard, spanning 19 floors in Singapore’s central Bideford Road, this immersive experience building combines COMO Group’s hospitality, fashion, wellness, and cuisine. Situated above the historic Pilkington Glass Factory with two dramatic residential towers housing 660 units with the hotel located atop the west tower offering dazzling, panoramic views of Lake Ontario and the city skyline.
