THAI notifies passengers on ticket and travel voucher refund and redemption
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) would like to inform passengers or creditors who had successfully submitted a refund request before September 14, 2020 that the status information is now available on THAI website (www.thaiairways.com). For those who have not submitted personal information such as bank account number and contact details, the status would appear “We couldn’t proceed your refund. Please provide more details.” Therefore, passenger needs to complete the details with uploading documents online. The refund process for requests submitted prior to the Company’s rehabilitation process is scheduled to complete within 31 March 2024.
For travel vouchers expiring on 31 December 2023, passengers should visit https://www.thaiairways.com/th_TH/help/contact_us/request_refund_tva.page (under Assistance section of THAI website) to fill their personal information and bank account details for refund request within 31 January 2024 so that the Company will process the refund in sequential order within 90 days.
