On Friday 8th March, the much-loved venue will transform its iconic pier for the first-ever Dinner on the Pier. Prepare yourself for an extraordinary evening of unparalleled luxury and gastronomic delights as two of Jumeirah’s culinary maestros, Chef Beatrice Segoni from Pierchic and her talented son, Chef Luca Crostelli from the newly-opened Cala Vista, come together to present a four hands dining experience like no other, at the city’s longest dining table.
Exclusively limited to only 100 guests, the dinner promises to be a sensory journey like no other. The evening of exquisite flavours, mesmerising views and unforgettable memories begins with a champagne reception at 6:30 PM, just in time for Dubai’s breathtaking sunset. When the clock strikes 7:30 PM, the true magic is unveiled as the talented mother-son duo presents a five-course menu that showcases their culinary expertise and creativity.
Guests will indulge in a tantalizing dish of Carpaccio Di Manzo, followed by a delectable course of Tortelloni Alla Norma. Prepare your taste buds for the next sensation, a plate of Risotto All’astice with lobster ragout. The dining experience reaches new heights with the succulent Filetto Di Manzo & Datteri, perfectly complemented by the richness of Parsnip Date Chutney and Baby Carrots. And for the grand finale, delight in a heavenly and showstopping Tiramisu.
The dining experience extends beyond just a delectable cuisine. Guests will be enchanted by the captivating performances of the talented musical ensemble, The Youngers Band.
