YACHTELEC acquired by AMARIX group to strengthen turnkey super yacht solutions
Ship repair and maintenance group AMARIX, the owner of MACOR and ETI Services companies, has acquired a 100% stake in French electrical and electromechanical services company YACHTELEC.
