Sydney Airport has partnered with Medical Travel Companions (MTC) to provide extra assistance for a wide variety of needs, allowing passengers to relax and enjoy their travel experience.
MTC’s professional travel companions provide assistance to passengers, including families with young children, people with disabilities, elderly travellers and passengers recovering from injury or surgery. Assistance can be provided across the entire airport journey with the service tailored to individual needs.
“We’re committed to meeting the needs of all our passengers and taking the stress out of travel.”
Geoff Culbert, CEO, Sydney Airport said the partnership was part of the airport’s broader efforts to continue improving accessibility and provide a comfortable and convenient experience for all passengers. “Services such as this help ensuring that air travel is relaxing and enjoyable for everyone. We’re committed to meeting the needs of all our passengers and taking the stress out of travel.”
Ben Wilson, co-founder and CEO of Medical Travel Companions said, “Sydney is the busiest airport in Australia and the gateway to one of the best cities in the world – and we now offer customers a personalised experience, from when they arrive at their gate through to when they check in at their hotel in the city or step aboard their harbour cruise.”
