StubHub, the world’s largest ticket marketplace and a key resource for Super Bowl tickets, is seeing that over 60% of ticket sales are for fans traveling from outside of the state of Texas, 8% of those sales are outside the US, traveling from 14 countries so far.
In addition to checking out Rothko chapel or the local BBQ scene, travelers should know that the Super Bowl is not the only show in town. The Houston Rockets face the Chicago Bulls and the Atlanta Hawks at the Toyota Center (also perfect for the 14% of fans representing Georgia) next week, the Chainsmokers play Club Nomadic and last year’s halftime performer Bruno Mars also has a gig in town – see below for the list of the most popular live events.
It’s not too late for fans to gain access to tickets for the Super Bowl either; packages (including access to parties, hotel, etc.) and tickets are available on StubHub.
