The Spanish Tourist Office in London has launched a new Sustainability Hub on their newsroom platform. The hub is dedicated to demonstrating Spain’s sustainable tourism initiatives, such as the Balearic Islands sustainability tourism tax or Murcia’s new eco-tourism routes.
Manuel Butler, director of the Spanish Tourist Office (UK) says: “We are excited to launch our sustainability hub, which is in line with a wider strategic focus to become a more competitive and sustainable tourism destination with a focus on seasonal and geographical diversification as well as economic, social and environmental sustainability. We want this platform to also showcase some of the excellent tangible examples of sustainability in action within Spain’s tourism industry.”
The hub will inform media, partners, trade and consumers about Spain’s sustainability initiatives under one banner. It contains links to relevant press pieces in the trade and national press as well as organic content, news and videos.
Access the page via the Newsroom of Spain’s Official Tourism site.
