Singapore Flyer launches a revitalised 165 Sky Dining experience
Singapore Flyer introduces 165 Sky Dining – Singapore’s tallest revolving dining experience at 165 metres above ground – and other spectacular festive specials to ring in the holiday season. Formerly known as Singapore Flyer Sky Dining, the enhanced experience now boasts three 30-minute rotations instead of two, a revamped menu featuring an additional amuse-bouche and petit four, along with an exclusive Singapore Flyer souvenir.
Indulge in an exquisite four-course dinner while savouring breathtaking waterfront views of Marina Bay, priced at $520 nett for two. The new menu showcases the exceptional artistry of Chef Wyvin Yap and his team through a constantly evolving amuse-bouche, a starter, an appetiser, four main course options, and a dessert, before rounding up the epicurean journey with a petit four crafted by the internationally acclaimed chocolatier Janice Wong. With personalised boarding from the VIP Lounge and the delightful company of an in-capsule host, a divine night awaits.
Bringing two decades of experience from various five-star hotels in Singapore, Chef Yap, who specialises in French cuisine, joined Singapore Flyer in 2020 to helm the Sky Dining team. He unleashes the flavours of each element masterfully with his unbridled creativity and culinary mastery, which are especially evident in the everchanging amuse-bouche.
(L-R) Amuse-bouche (Chef’s selection of the night); Miso-glazed black cod, seasonal vegetables, saffron potato mash and green pea-wasabi coulis.
This innovative refresh reflects Singapore Flyer’s commitment to continuously reinventing itself and enhancing the guest experience through renewed offerings. Ringo Leung, General Manager at Singapore Flyer, said, “With more dining establishments atop skyscrapers, there is a need to maintain our competitive edge and improve our products based on guests’ feedback and evolving preferences.
We are delighted to introduce attractive value-adds such as an additional 30-minute rotation and complimentary souvenirs to elevate the overall experience.”
Situated at one of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks, 165 Sky Dining emulates Singapore Flyer’s dedication to promoting the local culture and products by featuring a curated selection of celebrated “Made With Passion” brands, such as Gryphon Tea Company and Janice Wong Singapore. As with all of Singapore Flyer’s premium experiences, the 165 Sky Dining experience comes with complimentary admission to the Time Capsule attraction – a multisensorial journey through the Singapore story.
