Agents are in with a chance to win a 10-day voyage on board Silversea’s new expedition ship, Silver Cloud.
To be entered into the prize draw agents must achieve 100-percent on the ‘Silver Cloud’ module before 6th September 2017.
The Silversea Academy gives agents the opportunity to build their knowledge of the cruise line. The training portal offers key information, to which Silversea has added a new badge.
The new ‘Silver Cloud’ badge will allow agents to learn extensively about the soon-to-be refurbished cruise ship. Silver Cloud will complete its final season in the classic fleet at the end of August 2017 and following extensive refurbishment will be converted into an ice-class vessel destined primarily for polar waters.
To celebrate the launch of the new ‘Silver Cloud’ module, agents who achieve 100-percent on the module before 6th September 2017 will be entered into a prize draw to win a cruise onboard the newly refurbished ship.
Beginning in London on 2nd June 2018, the winning agent will enjoy a 10-day voyage to Leith (Edinburgh) on a tour of the British Isles. This will mark one of Silver Cloud’s maiden UK voyages following her transition into an ice-class vessel.

We hope our new ‘Silver Cloud’ module will provide agents with a fun and informative way to learn about the ship and her transition to the expedition fleet”.
Agents are already able to complete the ‘Silversea Graduate’ and ‘Silver Muse’ modules. The ‘Silversea Graduate’ module provides agents with the chance to gain a broad understanding of the Silversea product and the processes needed to make a booking. Agents completing the ‘Silver Muse’ module can learn about Silversea’s new flagship, from public areas and restaurants to the full range of suites onboard.
