The ideal getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, Silavadee Pool Spa Resort on Koh Samui offers a different kind of well-being concept, pampering guests with attention to the last detail.
Imagine a picture-perfect view, combined with sincere hospitality and world-class amenities — this is what Silavadee provides for guests seeking the ultimate luxury resort in Thailand’s second-largest island. A hideaway perched within lush greenery, the expansive resort features 80 rooms, pool villas and pool villa suites, as well as cultural, sports and mindfulness activities that promote well-being.
A different kind of well-being concept
As the modern traveller seeks a healthy lifestyle, Silavadee engages them in making positive choices, offering natural ingredients from its own organic garden. A team of recreation hosts is available to guide and consult guests — to design individual schedules or entire programs — for the whole stay with a choice of over 20 activities such as Thai Meditation, Neighborhood Cycling, Muay Thai, Stretching Classes, Food Donations and Spa Treatments.
The core concept offers three main tracks which the guest can choose as the main direction depending on their overall interests and goals. A Personal Trainer or Recreation Host will meet the guest upon arrival for the initial consultation to guide the guest through the program and recommend the most suitable track.
In addition, Silavadee offers a spa that features five lush treatment villas and a well-being concept that is more than just the typical Yoga session.
Sustainability at the heart
At Silavadee Pool Spa Resort, sustainability is at the heart of its ethos.
Each year, the resort organises its own annual turtle release, as part of its participation in the local environmental conservation. The luxury boutique resort (a natural breeding ground for endangered turtle species) also supports the local community by using locally-sourced products made by several individuals and small businesses.
Furthermore, the resort is offering a three-month internship for young students, in cooperation with the BBVC (Bhavana Bodhigun Vocational College) which provides professional training and education for young adults whose family could not afford a proper education for their children.
Since last year, Silavadee has become 100% single-use plastic-free.
Silavadee Pool Spa Resort
Silavadee Pool Spa Resort is a stand-alone 5-star resort which takes its environmental ambitions a step further. With its We C[ARE] campaign, a child of a brainstorming session between team members, employees, management and owner of Silavadee, the luxury boutique resort aims to involve, educate and encourage its employees and suppliers to participate in its sustainability campaign.
