The special menu includes a selection of homemade Italian favourites presented by Chef Daniele Di Sacco taking guests on a journey of love. Couples can enjoy an intimate and romantic four-course sea-to-plate experience at Bait Al Bahr, the resort’s favourite seafood venue by the beach.
Epicureans can indulge in some authentic dishes curated by Chef Grigorios at Sultanah Restaurant, Shangri-La Al Husn’s Mediterranean dining venue, through a five-course dinner featuring lobster, scallops, seabass, and black Angus beef tenderloin. Couples can also enjoy a delicious contemporary Indian degustation set menu themed ‘Let the Love Bloom’ at Aangan Restaurant meticulously prepared by critically acclaimed Chef Rohit Ghai. The menu includes lamb dumplings, tiger prawns, beef pancakes, pan-seared seabass in coconut gravy, chicken masala as well as vegetarian options.
