Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hapur to open with 120 keys in 2027 in UP

IHG® Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Gauri Resort & Banquet Services to launch Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hapur. Set to open in 2027, the signing aligns with IHG’s relentless focus on growth across India, in line with market needs. Holiday Inn Express, the world’s largest hotel brand, has been redefining smart travel since its inception in 1990. With over 3,200 hotels worldwide, it remains IHG’s fastest-growing brand, known for its efficient service, modern accommodations, and seamless guest experiences. Once operational, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hapur, with its innovative flexible design, will elevate the guest experience for both business and leisure travelers. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hapur will feature 120 well-appointed rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a business center, and a dedicated meeting space. Guests will also have access to a fitness center and ample parking, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel will be a part of a larger development which will comprises of more than 75,000 sq ft of space being developed for MICE and social events in the region. IHG to open ANA Holiday Inn Iwate Kitakami with 114 keys in Japan by Q3 2025

This project marks IHG’s second collaboration with FET SYSTEM INC., following their joint success with ANA Crowne Plaza Kumamoto New Sky. ANA Holiday Inn Iwate Kitakami - currently operating as Hotel City Plaza Kitakami - will undergo an extensive renovation and conversion over the coming months. Its 114 guest rooms will be upgraded, and much-loved Holiday Inn brand hallmarks embedded throughout, including its signature Open Lobby concept. ANA Holiday Inn Iwate Kitakami will join a strong portfolio of 12 Holiday Inn open and pipeline hotels across Japan, further solidifying the brand’s presence in the country. Aimbridge EMEA opens Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ghent

Hotel management company Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA has announced the opening of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ghent – a 126-guestroom property on the outskirts of the Belgian city. The hotel replaces the Holiday Inn Express Ghent with a newly built property and modern facilities, located next to the E17 and R4 motorways, as well as the KAA Ghent Football Stadium and University Hospital. Its 126 guest rooms include suites with separate living areas and kitchenettes. The hotel also houses a boardroom for 10 people with a Smart Screen, a 24/7 Fitness Centre and underground parking facilities with electric vehicle charging stations. Holiday Inn Express Dresden Zentrum opens with 306 keys in Germany

IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies,  announces the opening of Holiday Inn Express Dresden Zentrum – its first together with ownership group LRO Hospitality, and its first in Continental Europe with longstanding partners Atlas Hotels. The hotel marks IHG’s first conversion property for the Holiday Inn Express brand in Germany, which will result in a full rebrand to a 306-guest room hotel in the heart of the city. Through its rebranding and refurbishment, Holiday Inn Express Dresden Zentrum showcases the brand’s latest design concepts to deliver more where it matters most for on-the-go guests. IHG growth continues in Thailand with Holiday Inn Resort Pattaya

IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies, today announces the signing of Holiday Inn Resort Pattaya in partnership with Destination Group, a leading hospitality and restaurant company in Thailand. Together with the recently signed Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach and Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, the agreement is the third collaboration for a conversion property in the country between the two partners.  Located just 10 minutes from central Pattaya and 200 metres from Pratumnak beach, Holiday Inn Resort Pattaya will open in late 2024 following its transformation from the former Mountain Beach Resort.
