Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas sets sail on 19 July
The global cruise line’s newest vessel is set to change the game with regard to short getaways
It’s all systems go for the official launch of Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas on Friday, 19 July.
The cruise liner arrived in Port Canaveral in Orlando, FL for its first-ever public appearance, with over 2,000 crew members joining in the celebration.
But the celebration didn’t stop there, as a major bash featuring Grammy-winning artist and songwriter Meghan Trainor, the Utopia’s official godmother, is set to formally name the new vacation and to perform some of her greatest hits.
Short but packed full of fun
Sailing three-night weekend and four-night weekend vacations, the Utopia brings unmatched weekend energy to everyone and every day of the week, with a combination of ways to celebrate any occasion or just getting away.
Flipping the script on short but exciting getaways, the Utopia of the Seas offers a number of onboard attractions, including The Ultimate Abyss, the longest dry slide on the sea, as well as Royal Caribbean’s signature FlowRider surf simulator.
Its Caribbean-inspired deck attractions include over 40 food, beverage, and entertainment options including a lineup of parties only on Utopia, two casinos, a new Caribbean tiki bar, the first-ever Royal Railway immersive train car dining experience, several swimming pools, as well as live performances on board.
