Travel industry and service provider Rovia has announced it will be working with SOR Technology, LLC to build a new loyalty solution which the companies describe as a “robust rewards platform to enhance the travel experiences and membership benefits” for members of DreamTrips.
Scheduled for a September release, the new digital platform created by Rovia and SOR Technology, LLC enables DreamTrips users to take up a range of rewards credits on hotels, car rentals, weekly stays and activities; and offers deals on flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, weekly stays, and activities. Platinum Members also receive access to vacation in homestays, as well as sailboat and yacht experiences.
“Collaborating with SOR Technology is key to providing in-language country-specific benefits to our travellers around the world, so they can leverage the full value of the membership,” president of Rovia, Jim Menge (below), said.”This new platform enhances Rovia’s existing robust ecosystem that exponentially increases membership value and accelerates the loyalty and rewards platform in Asia.”
The new collaboration comes following the announcement of Rovia’s new long-term technology and GDS agreement with Sabre Solutions in September. This agreement will see Rovia given access to an exclusive inventory of travel services including air, hotel, car and cruise.
Josh Paine, CEO of Rovia, commenting on the deal said: “We are committed to our strategic partnership with Sabre, both our in-house travel professionals as well as our online booking portal will be enabled to provide our travellers with the best in class service they require.”
“Sabre is the right partner to support Rovia’s rapid global expansion”
Adding: “Sabre is the right partner to support Rovia’s rapid global expansion, providing Rovia with technology that is highly adaptable and industry-leading, including our growing online booking platform. We are confident our Sabre partnership will allow Rovia the tools, connectivity and distribution to access new as well as strengthen existing partnerships with global travel partners and suppliers.”
