India-based hotel chain Roseate Hotels & Resorts is scouting for acquisition opportunities to establish its luxury footprint in the fast-growing Middle East market.
After establishing itself as a premier luxury hotel brand in India, Roseate Hotels & Resorts is ready for another milestone as it looks to expand in one of the leading tourism hotspots – the Middle East.
To support its expansion strategy, the luxury hospitality brand from the Bird Group will be participating in Arabian Travel Market (ATM) from April 22-25 at the Sheikh Saeed Arena in Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre.
“It is imperative for a company with global aspirations such as ours to have a presence here”
Speaking about their foray into the Middle East region, Ankur Bhatia, executive director, Bird Group, said: “The Middle East is an attractive business and leisure destination with tremendous growth potential; therefore, it is imperative for a company with global aspirations such as ours to have a presence here. We are excited to participate at ATM and explore business opportunities in the region.”
Roseate Hotels & Resorts manages a collection of luxury hotels across India and the UK – The Roseate New Delhi, Roseate House New Delhi, The Roseate Reading, Roseate House London, The Roseate Villa Bath and The Roseate Ganges, which will be unveiled in the fall of 2018.
Each property is focused on service, aesthetics, and detailing – paving the way for stylized accommodation with business efficiency in mind. For the past four years, the hotel brand has been recognised by influential organisations in the travel and hospitality industry, such as Conde Nast Traveller, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Luxury Design, and Travel + Leisure.
