Riviera Travel reveals new agent portal

Riviera Travel is launching a new agents portal, updated to match the client facing Riviera Travel web page.
It will be available from 7 December and the booking page has been revamped, so when logged in the agency’s details are already there.
There’s an area to add individual details so that commission can be correctly attributed to the agent making the booking.
The three options on the booking page are: ‘hold an option’, ‘make a booking’ or ‘create a trip planner’.
The Trip planner can be given to clients if they require a printout of all the itinerary details and costings for the tour/cruise as it can be personalised before they make their booking.
