Richard Branson is looking for an assistant to live on his private island

Time to revamp that resume! Virgin mogul Richard Branson is looking for a personal assistant who’s willing to relocate to Necker Island in the Caribbean.

Remember when President Barack Obama went kitesurfing there early last year? Well, that could be you!

That is – if you have the skills to handle two very, very busy offices.

The candidate will be reporting as a personal assistant to Necker Island’s general manager Keny Jones. But in addition, the chosen one will also have an administrative assistant role at Branson’s office.

According to Branson, the position would entail managing diaries and emails, correspondences, filing and archiving, booking travel for him, and covering for his personal assistant when he or she is on vacation.

Sounds doable, right?

“We are of course looking for someone with fantastic admin and organisational skills as well as practical experience in a busy office. But your personality is just as important. As well as being a top-notch administrator, we’re also looking for someone who is self-motivated, outgoing and enthusiastic who can balance this with the essential need for discretion and confidentiality. Does this sound like you?”
