Raffles Hotel Singapore celebrates the country’s 59th anniversary by offering guests a glass of champagne at three of its exceptional restaurants.
From 8 to 11 August, diners can enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne accompanied by an extraordinary culinary adventure at Tiffin Room, 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, and Butcher’s Block.
A multicultural dining experience
The three restaurants at Raffles Hotel Singapore will also offer menus reflecting the country’s diverse multicultural heritage.
The Tiffin Room invites diners to partake of the Mera Royal Dabba, an elevated set menu experience available for lunch and dinner, alongside their bubbly. The customisable Tiffin Box Experience presents authentic North Indian delicacies of your choice, presented in exquisite, tiffin boxes with a selection of comforting curries complemented with delicately-flavoured rice, tandoori breads, chutneys, and pickles.
Meanwhile, Jereme Leung’s artistic adaptations of provincial cuisine from different regions of China at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung casts the spotlight on single-origin and seasonal ingredients. Embark on a gastronomic adventure with a complimentary glass of champagne applicable for the Lunch Set Menu II, Dinner Set Menu, Chef Leung’s Exclusive Selections Set Menu, or the Hennessy Paired Experience Menu.
Likewise, the Butcher’s Block’s multi-course dining experience presents iconic dishes ingeniously transformed by wood fire complemented by exclusive off-the-menu creations that spotlight seasonal ingredients. Toast to the festivities with the Summer IMUA dinner tasting menu elevated with a complimentary glass of Dom Pérignon 2013, in celebration of the restaurant’s inclusion as the latest member of the exclusive Dom Pérignon Society.
