The new offerings feature a touch of Southeast Asian tradition and local flavours
Raffles Courtyard began offering an exceptional new menu featuring the best of Southeast Asian and global flavours on Monday, 2nd December.
Diners can enjoy a fresh array of delights showcasing hearty Southeast Asian-inspired dishes and local favourites, along with a breezy new lunch service as well as an extended all-night happy hour offer.
The expanded menu of beloved flavours from around the region awaits, each dish crafted with the freshest ingredients.
What’s on the menu?
Guests can look forward to savouring Laksa Alla Chitarra, twirls of pasta flecked with clams and crab meat in a piquant laksa sauce; Red Curry Duck Confit, flavoursome duck leg cooked confit and served in a Thai-inspired red curry accompanied with fragrant rice perfumed with coconut and Kaffir lime; and Beef Rendang, tender beef redolent of aromatic spices from the Malay Archipelago and served with deep-fried mantou.
Cherished local classics newly introduced to the menu include Chicken Rice, the quintessential Singaporean staple of gently poached chicken, rice cooked with chicken stock and ginger, and served with the condiment trio of homemade chilli sauce, minced ginger and dark soy sauce; and Prawn Noodle Soup, a hearty bowl of yellow noodles and rice vermicelli with pork slices and prawns in a delectable broth made from boiling wok-fried prawn shells and pork ribs.
With their postprandial coffee or tea, guests may also enjoy a new selection of local desserts at Raffles Courtyard. Meticulously crafted in-house by Raffles’ culinary team, these include Gula Melaka Pandan Cake, Pineapple Sugee Cake, and Ice Kachang.
