With success of the 26th Laguna Phuket Triathlon (LPT) in November 2019, the resort has announced the race’s 27th annual edition will take place on 22 November 2020. Comprising signature race distance of 1.8-kilometre swim, 50- kilometre bike and 12- kilometre run and sprint distance, registration for 2020 LPT is now.
For the first time in the Southeast Asia’s longest-running triathlon’s history, Laguna Phuket Triathlon 2020 will feature inaugural Laguna Phuket Duathlon (LPD). The duathlon will take place on the same day as LPT, giving its athletes a chance to experience the race’s signature bike course.
LPT will once again include the Charity Fun Run as a prelude for charity runners to help raise funds in support of local communities. It will take place on 21 November’s late afternoon.
