Quest Apartment Hotels breaks ground for Quest Southport on the Gold Coast
The new project is part of Quest’s ongoing expansion
Quest Apartment Hotels recently broke ground for the construction of its newest outpost on the Gold Coast in southeast Queensland.
The Quest Southport is part of the brand’s ongoing expansion and reflects its commitment to provide excellent accommodations throughout Australia.
The groundbreaking ceremony involved representatives from Quest Apartment Hotels, as well as its construction partners Westpoint Constructions and ADCO Constructions.
The $50 million venture features a 10-storey building comprising 90 modern units, a state-of-the-art gym and a luxurious rooftop pool. The Quest Southport also redefines luxury accommodation in Southport, offering guests unparalleled comfort and convenience in one of Australia’s most sought-after destinations.
Necessary expansion
The Ascott Limited’s general manager for growth and capital strategy James Shields said of the development: “We are pleased to announce that, with the commencement of Quest Southport, Ascott Australia has 10 properties and approximately 850 apartments under development across three brands and four states. We expect to announce further signings and properties commencing construction during Q3 2024.”
