To ensure sufficient break times are provided only during off peak hours. To be fully aware and conversant with ADIA Terminal Operations rules and regulation at the time of commencing his/her duty. To be well groomed, proactive and capable to interactive communication to all the ADIA’s management and senior staff whenever required by ADIA’s DMs. To be capable with all the airports emergency exercises, and ADIA’s rules and regulations, report writing skills, FIDS awareness, customer service and client relation. To ensure a high performance standard for the porterage and trolley collector service including grooming, personal appearance and behavior of all employees to include but not be limited to; personal hygiene and presentation, demeanor, responsiveness, courtesy, alertness. To ensure providing the sufficient number of staff enabling the concessionaire to maintain the minimum & maximum number of operational trolleys as detailed in Annexure 1 of Appendix 6. The concessionaire should share his manpower plan with ADAC operations on monthly basis. To ensure the operations activities are not jeopardized by shift changeover, staff should leave the location only once the reliever is reported.
