Plaza Premium, the Hong Kong-based airport lounge operator, has unveiled a new Chinese restaurant at Sydney International Airport.
The Terrace Chinese Kitchen is based on The Terrace, the Chinese restaurant concept currently operating at Hong Kong International Airport.
Located in the International Departures area of Sydney Airport’s Terminal 1, Terrace Chinese Kitchen will serve a range of traditional Chinese favourites such as roasted pork belly bao buns, dim sum, fried rice and steamed dumplings. It features live cooking stations.
Designed as a “casual Hong Kong eatery”, the restaurant will be open daily from 6am to 10pm and can seat 50 people.
The opening of Terrace Chinese Kitchen continues Plaza Premium’s expansion in Australia; the group currently manages the SkyTeam and American Express lounges at Sydney Airport, plus an independent lounge and spa at Brisbane Airport.
