Leading bespoke luxury hospitality brand, Pavilions Hotels & Resorts, has unveiled The Ginto Residences in Niseko, Japan as the company introduces an elite series of new hotel and residential projects in aspirational travel destinations across Asia and Europe.
The first phase of the global project is a land release, on which the collection of luxury villas will be built — Niseko, on the Japanese island of Hokkaido. Located in the pinewood forests at Ginto Hirafu, and with access to premium ski lifts and white powder slopes, The Ginto Residences are a US$100 million development comprising a total of 31 private villas, with no single plot measuring less than 1,000 sqm.
“It is an exciting time for The Pavilions and we look forward to utilising the brand equity and the loyalty we have gained over 15 years of operating hotels and resorts to introduce an unprecedented residential offering,” said Pavilions Hotels & Resorts founder & CEO Gordon Oldham. “We are fully capitalised and have a strong development pipeline that embraces our core values of style, quality and active living – a combination we feel is particularly well suited to entrepreneurs and investors in Asia.”
