Pandaw Expeditions has announced a new Members Club, designed to reward loyal guests.
The club entitles guests to a free, unlimited wine package to accompany lunch and dinner onboard, worth US$220, a complimentary laundry service, worth US$50, an exclusive discount of US$100 on any pre or post-cruise extension booked, and access to discounts and special offers posted exclusively in the Members Club area of the Pandaw website.
To become a member, guests need to have cruised once with the cruise line, and joining is free of charge.
If the previous cruise was booked through a travel agent, customers can still join the Members Club by registering their name, email address and postal address, enabling Pandaw to issue them with a Member ID, which a travel agent can enter with the passenger information on future bookings.
New passengers can sign up to the scheme when booking their first cruise, to enjoy the benefits from their second cruise with Pandaw onwards.
Pandaw founder and CEO, Paul Strachan said: “Almost half of our guests return to experience our unique service, often several times, and we wanted to find a way to reward that longstanding and much valued loyalty. We’re delighted to unveil our Members Club loyalty scheme, which guests can begin reaping the benefits from on their second cruise with us.”
Pandaw is the oldest river cruise company in Southeast Asia, offering adventure and discovery on board its 16 luxurious, small ships.
