Pan Pacific Singapore reveals captivating transformation; Pacific Emporium debut

Pan Pacific Singapore, the flagship property of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, unveils its S$30 million transformation to showcase Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts’ new vision of Graceful  Luxury, with a suite of elevated guest experiences that reiterate the brand’s passion for excellence. The  latest milestone in their storied legacy, the Pan Pacific, Reimagined journey concludes with the refurbishment initiative that commenced in April 2023. The grand reveal of the transformed Pan Pacific  Singapore is marked by the launch of their newest offering, Pacific Emporium, a new dining and retail  space that is home to authentic local flavours, artisanal produce, and specially curated gifting options  from local brands and designers.  

The refurbishment also includes the opening of hotel’s new destination bar PLUME, renovated hotel  rooms and suites, and the rejuvenated Ocean Ballroom, all specially designed to infuse the Panache of  Singapore in all the hotel offers.

The space features four  distinct areas, The Kitchen, The Bar, The Deli, and The Gifting, each offering different experiences that  encapsulate the Panache of Singapore. With a vibrant open space bedecked with fresh produce, plush  and inviting seating choices, and elegant marble accents, Pacific Emporium combines a touch of luxury  with warm comfort, creating a welcoming destination for all hotel guests. 

• The Kitchen – A gastronomic tour of Singaporean flavours awaits at The Kitchen, with a menu  that celebrates Singapore’s diverse culinary heritage, conceptualised by award-winning  Executive Chef Nicholas Shadbolt. 
• The Bar – Quench your thirst at The Bar with an assemblage of beverages from original blends  with local twists, to freshly pressed juices, each named after colloquial ‘Singlish’ slang. • The Deli – A cornucopia of epicurean treasures adorns the counters at The Deli, with fine  charcuterie and delights from the in-house Pan Pacific Butchery helmed by Master Butcher  Haiko Mayer, gourmet cheeses, freshly baked pastries, and a selection of the finest patisserie. • The Gifting – Singapore Fashion Council’s (SFC) platform, Design Orchard, The Gifting seamlessly blends retail offerings into the dining space, highlighting Singapore’s creativity and  craftsmanship.
