Pan Pacific Singapore receives three honours at TDM Travel Trade Excellence Awards 2024 – Asia
Top honours were received by the company in the Dining Concept of the Year - Singapore, Business Hotel of the Year - Singapore, and MICE Hotel of the Year - Singapore categories.
Pan Pacific Singapore recently garnered significant recognition at the TDM Travel Trade Excellence Awards 2024 – Asia, winning three prestigious titles: Dining Concept of the Year – Singapore, Business Hotel of the Year – Singapore, and MICE Hotel of the Year – Singapore.
These awards celebrate the hotel’s exceptional culinary, business, and event-hosting standards, marking it as a premier choice for travellers and event organisers alike.
Edge, Pan Pacific Singapore’s renowned dining venue, has solidified its place as one of Singapore’s top buffet destinations, earning the title of Dining Concept of the Year – Singapore. The 300-seat restaurant captivates guests with its extensive culinary offerings, highlighting Singapore’s multicultural food scene and international flavours.
Under the leadership of Executive Chef Andy Oh and Operations Manager Crystal Wong, Edge curates an ever-evolving menu that includes authentic local delicacies like Peppery Teochew Bak Kut Teh, Braised Soya Duck with Yam Rice, and Bak Chor Mee. Edge also features diverse international flavours across its live stations, ranging from Spanish Seafood Squid Ink Paella to Japanese tempura, and from a churrasco carving station with slow-roasted lamb to a Peking duck station.
To ensure young guests can enjoy themselves, Edge offers several activities like balloon sculpting, where they can receive balloon animals. They can also unleash their creativity in the dedicated kids’ play area, filled with various toys and games. The restaurant has also invited mixologists from PLUME, the hotel’s destination cocktail bar, to concoct a selection of exquisite cocktails, including mimosas, espresso martinis, Aperol spritzes, and Bloody Marys, for a perfect brunch.
