The accolade highlights the group’s innovative approach to enhancing the digital guest experience through a comprehensive website transformation, further strengthening its position as a leader in the hospitality industry.
PPHG embarked on a journey to redefine its digital presence in December 2022 with the launch of Pan Pacific 2.0, a fully reimagined website that offers a seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging experience for users. PPHG’s approach to the revamped website involved continuously gathering and analysing guest data to better understand preferences and behaviours. Through this continuous feedback loop, PPHG refined and tested various user experience elements, ensuring only the most effective features were incorporated into the final website design.
“Interactive design elements and carefully curated visuals were integral to our strategy, identified through comprehensive analysis and user research. These features significantly enhance the visual appeal and user experience of our redesigned website,” added Ms Tan.
