Oman Air Expands Thai Airways Codeshare To Australia

Oman Air has announced a new codeshare arrangement with Thai Airways International to carry the Oman Air flight number on flights from Bangkok to Sydney and vice versa as part of the companies’ extended codeshare agreement.
As of this month, Thai Airways flights between Bangkok and Melbourne will be designated with the WY flight number, and as of 29 October 2023, Thai Airways services between Bangkok and Sydney will be covered by the same codeshare arrangement.
The Thai aircraft from Sydney arrives at 4:20 pm, connecting passengers with the Oman Air flight to Muscat, which departs from Bangkok at 8:40 pm and connects to additional Oman Air destinations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
