NH Hotel Group enhances commission management

NH Hotel Group has announced that it has rolled out CommPay, the commission payments solution from Onyx CenterSource, for the management and payment of all its commissions worldwide.
The compnay says the implementation of this new system is enabling it to fine-tune management of its commission payments, reducing its administrative load while enhancing the experience for travel agents.
The use of a single platform designed for agents and hotels is speeding the process up, eliminating overlap and delivering more control of all processes with third parties.

The new Onyx CenterSource commissions management and payment platform, which is accessed via a secure portal, offers NH’s travel agents benefits.
As well as speeding up payment times, the billing process has been simplified and now takes place over an intuitive platform. Distributors can also make use of Onyx Customer Service and Support designed to assist the travel agents with any enquiry related with the processing of their commissions.
For the hotel group, the system improves the internal processes in the hotels themselves, freeing up resources and time formerly tied up in performing this function to concentrate on the generation of sales and enhancement of the guest experience.
