London based travel technology start-up Sujester has launched its web platform with Travel Four Seasons and Mark Bratt Travel for them to use with their customers in retail stores and through digital marketing.
The web platform enables them to capture their customers’ wider and long-term travel aspirations and to leverage personalised inspirational content to generate leads through customer-driven social media sharing.
Each agent has signed up to a trial period and has their own version of a Sujester website to engage with customers in-store and for digital marketing use.
Mark Bratt, owner at Mark Bratt Travel said: “We’ve been on the hunt for a travel inspiration tool for some time. Sujester will help us to create a more seamless path from online research to human support and expertise. What’s more; they’ve really considered the customer retention aspect with their unique planner. We’re excited to trial Sujester with our customers.”
Sean Fletcher, director at Travel Four Seasons said: “Travel Four Seasons is really excited to be a part of this development as it will enable independent agents as ourselves to further develop our digital presence that will enhance our ability to provide inspiration to our customers and better capture their wider dreams.”
Sahil Shah, Sujester’s CEO said that “Sujester is an easy, cost-effective and innovative way for travel agencies to provide a ‘first in class’ digital strategy and retain and increase customers. By providing customers value at the beginning of their journey at the inspiration stage, and understanding their wider needs/desires, these agencies can provide a more personalised service, leading to a better online and offline customer experience.”
