New lounge for Priority Pass Members: Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at New York’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
The new Priority Pass lounge at New York’s LaGuardia Airport has opened on Tuesday 16th January. The lounge will be branded Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, with the entrance to the two-floor lounge located post-security on level four of Terminal B. This is the brand’s largest to-date at 21,850 square feet. Non-Chase Priority Pass Members will be able to use one visit entitlement per calendar year across the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club network in the United States. Thereafter a preferential rate of US$75 per person per visit applies, payable to the lounge upon entry.
With an expansive space, VIP touches, wellness amenities, locally sourced dining and more, this new lounge at LaGuardia Airport reflects the dedication to enhancing cardmembers’ travels from beginning to end. The design of the lounge draws inspiration from some of the world’s best designers and features furniture from Cappellini, Poliform, Moroso, DePadova and more, creating a space that transports cardmembers away from the airport experience into a modern private hideaway.
The lounge showcases artworks curated by the JPMorgan Chase Art Collection, presenting a powerful range of artists. Through a dynamic visual lens, these artists champion the diversity, vibrancy and imagination present in New York City. It offers dedicated wellness rooms with treatments from Face Haus, a women-owned open concept facial bar. Visitors can choose from a variety of treatment options from an on-site esthetician, as well as complimentary Fly By Face Haus Skincare Travel Kits.
As the centerpiece of the lounge, the cocktail bar will feature a “Sapphire Signature Cocktail” alongside first-rate cocktails and mocktails designed exclusively for the Sapphire Lounge at LGA in partnership with renowned cocktail bar, Apotheke. Parcelle will curate a premium wine list for guests. Guests will also enjoy a variety of made-to-order and ready-to-eat food options by Joseph Leonard. Playing off New York’s strong coffee culture, Sapphire Lounge travellers can refuel with coffee from Joe Coffee Company, including made-to-order beverages from the on-site barista.
Additional spaces in the expansive new lounge include a retro-inspired game room, a kids’ playroom and a nursing room. Exciting family-friendly features to make it easier for cardmembers traveling with children.
Chase Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers and authorized users who have activated their complimentary Priority Pass TM membership have lounge access. Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers may bring up to two guests per Priority Pass Membership card, per visit, for free and additional guests for US$27.
Chase will further expand its lounge network with a new lounge location at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) opening on January 23rd. The space is a joint offering with Etihad Airways, who previously operated the lounge. It will offer the signature Sapphire Lounge by The Club experience. Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club with Etihad Airways will open at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Terminal 4 post-security in the Mezzanine on Level 4 located above Gate A2.
