Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston appoints Matthew Kraeling as the hotel’s Assistant General Manager, further strengthening their top-notch leadership team. With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, Kraeling has touched nearly all facets of the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Assistant General Manager.
Kraeling graduated with a Culinary Arts Degree from Park City Culinary Institute in Deer Valley, Utah. Since then, he has worked at various hotels across the country, from Napa Valley to New York City. Kraeling previously held a Task Force Management position at LodgeWorks Partners, where he played a vital role in opening eight hotels. He also served as a General Manager for Hyatt and Hilton hotels and assumed the responsibilities of Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at the Archer Hotel in Burlington, Massachusetts. Now, he has made Boston his home and is excited about his new role as Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston.
