Three Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts properties in Dubai have been named as official hotel partners of Dubai Parks and Resorts.
Located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Jumeirah Beach and next to Ibn Battuta Mall, the three hotels are all approximately 20 minutes from Dubai’s newest themed entertainment destination.
As part of the agreement, the five-star hotels will offer online accommodation packages and direct ticketing options for visitors to Motiongate Dubai, Bollywood Parks Dubai, Legoland Dubai and Legoland Water Park.
“The new theme parks are both exciting and hugely important for the ongoing growth and maturity of Dubai as a leisure destination. We are thrilled to be involved in an official way,” said Toufic Tamim, vice president sales Middle East and Africa for Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. “As the family segment is expected to expand, our hotels are introducing a variety of family-friendly features and services.”
Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate has created 13 new family suites which are conveniently equipped for guests travelling with small children. They feature a customised king-size bed and sofa bed for optimum comfort, theme park tickets, children’s amenities and PlayStation on request.
Guests can also look forward to the kids’ club and five hotel restaurants that serve international, Indian, Italian and Pan-Asian cuisine. The hotel is opposite Ibn Battuta Mall, which was recently upgraded with additional shops. Additionally, a shuttle service to the new theme parks will run from Ibn Battuta Metro Station, which is only a five-minute walk from the hotel.
Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, which is situated in Dubai Marina along The Walk, offers the added bonus of being walking distance to the beach. Family rooms here feature a king-size bed, along with a sofa bed, baby cot or extra bed. Children will be welcomed with special amenities, such as kids’ bathrobes and slippers.
With a living room, two bathrooms, twin beds and a king-size bed, the 117-sqm Family Suite at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers is a great option for families that would like to prioritise space. The Friday brunch at nosh restaurant also has an engaging kids’ corner with games and toys.
At all three hotels, guests can look forward to experiencing “Power Bites”, a selection of nutritious meals for kids, prepared with healthy cooking methods and presented in a fun way.
